Rotational Molding
The animation shows a very generalized explanation of the Rotataional Molding process. It exhibits the mold, being charged with plastic, then being heated and rotated, thus the distribution of material throughout the mold. The mold is then cooled and opened, for the product to be pulled from the mold. The mold is then reloaded or re-charged with polymer material then to repeat the process. This is a very general idea of the Rotational Molding Process.
